  1. Their vaccination programme is skewed. First there was unacceptable percentage of wastage mainly because of vaccine hesitancy and false propaganda of ‘Modi vaccine’ not to be trusted. After the DMK government came to power the programme has partly been hijacked by ruling party workers. They can now conveniently blame the ‘Union’ government for the vaccine shortage.
