  2. Instead of releasing a common minimum programme Congress releases its own as DMK released a separate manifesto. This is nothing but arrogance of the parties of the INDI Alliance. It appears Congress has self declared as its leader.

Please recall Rajiv Gandhi was against caste census and even the present day Congress is divided on this issue. Congress fully knows that it will not come to power in 2024 and this is why they just generously thrownpoll promises which could never be fulfilled. Caste Census will definitely open up a Pandora’s box.
