  2. Trump is so smart. He's now started the long overdue legal battle over the 14th Amendment when he has a conservative Supreme Court that overturned Roe v. Wade! The person who wrote the original language of the amendment said it did not confer citizenship on a baby born in the U.S. of foreign parents who were subject to the jurisdiction of their home country! That's why the langiage is in the amendment "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,..." This was originally interpreted at the time to confer citizenship on former slaves!
