  17. if you look at one of the combat MOS's in military any of the forty year olds could whip the twenties year olds butts , they keepo getting stronger but to do the same exercises that long requires mind over matter ....but 20s still "look" younger in terms of baby soft skin and all but when it hits it hits sometimes people age fast when it hits , but a lot of it is very controllable ...IMO at older age the cardio stuff and diet will improve actual day to day life and energy level , larger muscle mass burns calories just doing anything or sitting though once maintained etc. ...vitamins and exercise , cellular replication makes cells stronger for some reason and they can't figure that out because when the cells stop replicating they die but they replicate better from dying and replicating so it's a God given lifespan because sitting is less replications
