  2. the only way they rebuild IF they could "Ukraine" would be to borrow from an international but one place based Bank , and to borrow it will say they must step up immigration , because it's the only way they can afford the loan with new , foreign , more heads to borrow from said bank , their Government will be first partner with bank because they will have to [and for greed, taxes] and in the end it will be like america, a policed for taxes and forced to borrow nation of multi-foreign angry people , in the end the bank manipulates which candidate they can even vote for [and those make forever debt, tribute payments to bank] while trying to replace all the citizens with ones who don't care about the boozles ....the currency adjustable to the bank, nobody will ever get ahead or be comfortable or save any money and once they run the world all will be slaves imo EDIT: originally Russia built all those powerplants and infrastructure destroyed so obviously they won't do it as soveriegn Ukraine in any sense the word
