  1. I have a car with a sunroof and I never use it, always keep the shade closed. I don't wear a hat and I really dislike the sun beaming into my eyes. I only leave it in vent position on a hot day when it is 't going to rain, that's the only use it gets. I can't stand the newer cars with massive sunroofs. Even cars like the new VW Buzz that have the entire roof made of glass with no shade.

  2. He's making profit, it's called labor. That customer is paying quite a bit for that cheap part to be fixed. I'd just deal with the noise, it isn't safety related and is just a nuisance.

  3. Wow, I can't personally see spending all that money on labor to get rid of an occasional noise that is not safety related.
