  2. 12:52 I had someone actually rub off the anti glare coating on a CRT monitor when i was doing desktop support in the office. I said how did you do that, that must have taken a while!? And she said she was cleaning the monitor with glass cleaner and a "clean spot" showed up in the center after some rubbing, so she was spraying the monitor and scrubbing vigorously for like 10 minutes as the coating slowly came off. She couldn't get it all off so she called the help desk and said the monitor is so dirty it can't be cleaned, once I got there I realized what she had done 😂
