  3. It all depends on your driving. City and gridlock, yes. Out in the country, you'll save nothing.

  4. My (ford) truck has a secondary electric water pump that runs to keep the turbo cool. I usually shut the system off, but if I leave it on and I have the AC on it shuts the engine off and the AC stays cool for about 15 seconds, and the fan slowly ramps down and ramps back up when the engine restarts. If it's too hot inside the engine won't shut off because the AC is on.
