  1. Sounds like a fun car! And the best part it's a Toyota! I like the AWD aspect. Typically all these sporty compact cars have been FWD.

  2.  @robertjaent6087  it reminds me of back in 07 or so when Honda released the "Mugen" trim civic Si. It was like the TRD Camry (in that it was a style only trim) but limited production of like 500 or 1k units... It was 10k over the civic Si but people still bought it, and paid some dealer markup. At the time it was crazy to see a $32k civic. When the Si itself was around $22k At least this offers a performance lift, but it's still wild to have a 4 in front of a Corolla price. Not knocking the car, I think it's awesome, but wow have prices changed.

  4. Yeah, that is quite a bit of $$$ for a small car. I know it's a limited edition, but that's crazy money.

  5. Manufactures have used that for over a decade to dampen noise, especially water spray and gravel. It looks odd, but it lasts, even 200k miles. Oh, I see that you meant under the car.... It's still bonded to plastic, so it's still susceptible to careless techs over torquing fasteners to reinstall it and cracking it apart. I don't think it's any more or less delicate, just has the added sound deadening.

  6. Really? We've gotten past 0w16 already? Pretty soon engines will be running sewing machine oil, 😆 Pretty crazy how tight modern engines are.
