It's naive in the extreme to believe that any nation with the power to ignore space agreements will not do so, and arrogant in the extreme to impose your wishes on others regarding what you think they should do with space. I understand that there are rules governing the ownerships of other STARS SYSTEMS!!! The sheer pompous control freakery. This is an area where might is right. So what if the moon IS contaiminated with Earth bacteria?! Is it not big enough to do science on other pristine parts? It's not as though it has an atmosphere circulating terrestrial matter. On one hand, I LOVE that that Swarm simply went to India to launch, but at the same time, it disgusts me that Musk has vomited thousands of cubesats into orbit. Incidentally, the tungsten rod idea was abandoned because it didn't work. They were hard to deploy accurately, and didn't impart enough force on landing. BTW, love your displate images.
