23:45 That charging rhino video at the end was hilarious. Even Superman would look at that and say "Whoa there Ug, that doesn't look like a smart move!"

😁 good one!

@infinitemonkey917 Lord of the Rings joke - Hobbits are always hungry so they have two breakfasts.
13
Or unlucky. There are multiple phenomenon sudden enough to catch out even expert modern captains, let alone those in a pre-instrumentation age. Blue holes, tsunami, white squalls, and more.
13
@sebovhrd If you didn't know the cause, maybe a kraken was as probable as as white squall, which was just as near mythological.
12
"yoink" is a common word amongst the Gen Z palaeontological community of North America and Europe, particularly those of an Anglo Saxon lineage harkening back to 5th century, where a good deal of yoinkage occurred.

5:35 the eyeball pecking of the still living dinosaur was needlessly brutal. So much about these animals is complete and utter speculation. Great video though.

Outstanding documentary. So much work. Great job!
3
@Unwoken_European I wouldn't want to be the zebra... And you totally missed the point - it was a quote from Lord of the Rings because Hobbits.
3
@SlikkWikkGaming 😁

Why is the paleo art so pointlessly brutal? It's like it was drawn by a 9 year old boy with severe emotional disturbances.

@KFrost-fx7dt 😁

Pretty sure I'm gonna make it. I feel lucky and I don't smoke.

"We don't know how bit the dunkleosteus was because all we have is its head" 10 seconds later "This fish was even bigger than the dunk." Or not.
1
@InVinoVeratas Ha ha - you may well be correct!
1
Sickening. And we haven't changed a bit. Still killing children in Palestine.
1
S rex?

To make things worse, oh7 was just a 12 or 13 year old boy. Poor kid. Hyenas - hate that animal with all my soul. Vile animal.
1
It's all wild speculation. The fact that millions of small animals survived, proves that survival was entirely possible.
1
@davidhoward4715 Of course. That's what birds are. But even if they were NOT dinosaurs, the asteroid was 69 million years ago leaves a LOT of time for some survivors. Your logic is bad.
1
"Heavier than the weight of a large jaguar" "The weight of a small beagle" twice the weight of two dieting ocelots, three times the length of four malformed platypuses holding hands, smelled like a trembling aspen. How heavy is a jaguar?! lol
1
"Are you an articulata?" "No baby, I'm a PROarticulata!"
1
@themeadman Indeed. White squalls, and blue holes.
1
@samwilliams0901 So just because Britain as a nation was good at sailing, EVERY SINGLE BRITON was good at it?!! 🤣🤣🤣 That's why we NEVER lose ships at sea right?
1
@samwilliams0901 Donald Trump got to command the fate of the most powerful nation on Earth, and he is massively incompetent.

@mursuhillo242 😁

Talk about having a bad day. 😞
1
@declanward6888 Ooookay - stepping away...
1
@thebrownbanana7863 Nonsense. Gouging eyes out and ripping heads off at the neck is not standard carnivore behaviour. At worst, it's extremely rare.
1
"155 million years ago was just about the worst time you could be on land" 69 million years ago would like to take issue with that claim ;-)
1
@Techridr Pah, a little bit of a chill compared to an asteroid on your head? Okay, 3.8 billion years. late heavy bombardment. All in.☄☄☄
1
@Techridr 😁🥰
