People are talking about criminalizing criminal behaviour, not politiics.

@stathispapailias634 Trump did NOTHING but talk about how criminal they both were, and then even when he'd stacked the courts ALL THE WAY TO SCOTUS, he didn't/couldn't take them down. And let's not pretend it's because he's not vindictive enough, or cares too much for political norms to do so. It's because neither of them broke any substantial laws AND his own children AND HIM have made worse transgressions of the same laws!

Deliberately disabling weapons detection, knowing in advance that there would be a riot, preventing enough guards, watching it and doing nothing for HOURS are all suggestions of culpability. I doubt that he'll face a court, but I hope he never gets to stand again. Then that leaves Desantis :-( What a dismal state the party is in right now.
