  1. "We the people get to decide" Utter BS. Did that raped little girl get decide? Did her parents? America is supposedly one nation, either it should have national policies, or EVERYONE just decides what laws they want to make and follow. RvW was just away of letting more states outlaw abortion on theological grounds as a precursor to a national ban, partly to take women out of the workplace and paralyse families with debt.
