  1. Fucking vermin. Then they wonder why people turn up and massacre them all at their meetings. Every Amerian believes in the right to protect their homes with lethal force, yet these snakes can do this? Same happened to my area. There were dozens of cottages out in the woods. The local council used a compulsory purchase order (UK equivalent of eminent domain), paid below market value, and evicted the residents because the land was supposedly needed for more space-efficient houses so that all the post-war Londoners displaced by gentrification had somewhere to live. 60 years later, half of the area stolen has never been developed. I understand the need for eminent domain in the interests of vital infrastructure, but owners should be paid 50% ABOVE market value as assessed by a panel of local realtors not the government as compensation for the massive trauma of displacement. And it should only be used in cases where local or national infrastructure is served. Simply using it as a means of generating revenue, or even providing jobs should NOT be sufficient reason.
