This video seems unjustifiably optimistic. The US government was not the only one slowing the progress down, but even if it had been 100% behind the vaccine, how quickly do you think that vaccines with so many internationally manufactured ingrediants can be produced in volume from a standing start - three months? Six? And then you have massive vaccine reticence by the public, worsened when vaccines are created in a hurry, and cost issues in countries that do not have socialised healthcare. Yes the underlying technology may be plug and play, but I think that production was way down the line of issues obstructing its rollout.
