But just to help you think better in future "non sequitur - an argument where the conclusion does not logically follow from the premises" For example: " If they [the state] don't have rights to apply governmental controls over the commons, then they don't have the rights to prevent the right of free association.] They are entirely separate areas of law with entirely different motivations or "If it's "muh private company", and the state doesn't have the right to decide how they conduct their business, then the state shouldn't be allowed to close down businesses and demand lockdowns." The state has ALWAYS had public good rights that supercede daily law. The Defence production act which enables them to commandeer a company and force them into government service for example, or various acts that enable them to monitor your phones or online. Now I'm done educating you. You can go back to your colouring.
