Given that Trump is too lazy and arrogant to study in order to understand the situation, and repeatedly been shown to be toothless in his own country and across the world stage, I think the chances are low unless Jong Un already wants it. It would be a sickly irony if the North Koreans want to join the global community just as America is leaving it.
