  3.  @ЭЮЯ-о3к  "Putin always acts within the law." provided that law includes hiding billions in Brazil, murdering and poisoning your political opponents and journalists, killing people on foreign soil, owning palaces at the public's expense and more. Also, given the fact that he gets to WRITE the law, even that claim is less impressive than it might be.

You'll have to consider me a sceptic about Putin.
