  1. Sam wasn't beaten. The public and judges gave Ukraine a pat on the head and told it will all be better. In a normal competition, at best they'd have been halfway up to scoreboard. Yet again, Eurovision, like the Olympics, tennis and so many others being used to punish innocent performers, and reward others. So much for fairness and unity.

  4.  @Tapman99  Then why go to the pretence of a competition? Just call it the Eurovision Song Event, and give Ukraine an extra big clap of solidarity after their act.
