  1. Smart man, but basic infrastructure (electric, water, sewage, waste disposal) should not HAVE to depend upon enterprising individuals. This is the responsibility of government.

  2.  @Gilberto90  An electric grid, or sewage pipes, or water supply was not a bottom up development. The INVENTION of those things of course started on a small scall most likely, and yes, towns had local wells, but I find it exceedingly unlikely taht infrastructure on a town or city scale ever came from a few enterprising individuals deciding to help out. Especially when it comes to long existent technology. "Waiting for the government to sort it out will leave you waiting a long time." And yet the western world HAS all of those things on a national scale...
