Cases had been discovered here, and not only had we not stopped mass public gatherings, but we were allowing peole to come here from infection zones!

If you see a forest fire approaching, and it scorches everything it touches, and you get two month's warning, regardless of if some other country called it a unicorn not a fire, that is 100% on you if you are not moving people out of the path of the fire and getting the fire service ready.
