I guess it depends what's more important to the town - maintaining its quiet atmosphere whilst slowly crumbling into the lake due to lack of funding and a loss of population, or putting up with 300 tourist per hour (based on a 12 hour day). I'm gonna guess the old people will choose the former, whilst the youngsters and those with businesses the latter.
