Yeah, let's put statues up to Hitler too - he was racist but it was 80 years ago. Grow up and stop crying. Are you really that clueless?

@josh2933 "Don't be clueless" he says, being clueless. Statues are most definitely NOT put up as warnings. We don't put up statues of Hitler or Saddam Hussein. Statues were put up during their lives or after death to COMMEMORATE their achievements. Yes, there are memorials as well - the unknown soldier for instance, but there are no statues to my knowledge, erected OF EVIL people to serve as warnings. Statues are society's way of remembering the past. You can't change it, but you don't have to pat tribute to it.
