Having been driven all over the Alps by so-called "professional" drivers on roads nearly as precipitous, I can say from experience, some of these lunatics are reckless in the extreme. 50-70mph on narrow, winding roads overlooking drops of thousands of feet was not my idea of fun. They get blase after doing the same routes hundreds of times. Hope the driver lost his job at the very least.
