Nigeria has the world's second highest infection of AIDS - a disease that is decades old. 53,000 people die of it there every year, and the world is wrong to be cautious about a highly virulent pandemic virus? Tell you what Nigeria, show that you can be trusted to handle highly transmissable infections, and you can whine that this is unfair.
