  1. How is the average to be calculated? Same job, same hours, same experience? So she wants all women to be paid a bonus REGARDLESS OF PERFORMANCE AND POSITION. Totally fair and logical. BTW, you just broke the law by introducing gender-based pay. I hope that the men in her company all quit in disgust, then she can have th estrogen love fest that she seems to think is fair.
