  2.  @you-dont-know-me  I wish you luck. In the past, non-profitable endeavours such as musicians, had royal patrons. the problem is, science can cost millions or even billions. It's the harsh reality of existence that people simply cannot afford that sort of money for no return, and even if they could, that would make it a haven for scammers.
