  47. I agree with Greg. The difference between 20 MBit and 100 MBit is maybe $50. 100 MBit is plenty for a school so long as it does not allow video streaming. If that school cannot afford an extra $50 without cutting teacher pay then it has far greater problems than internet speed.

  48. Mike you're mistaken. Privatising the healthcare system is NOT the same as turning it into the American model - it would still be single payer. A privatised system is run by private business, but can still be regulated and its services charged to the NHS. The logic is that private business is better at running itself efficiently than the bureaucratic government systems.
