Youtube does not WANT small creators - they're expensive and now make them no money, but they know if they simply get rid of them all that there will be an outrage that could cost them everybody. Better to slowly strangle them so that there's no longer any point being on here. It will become nothing but huge TV channels and kids uploading stuff for 4 friends.
