  1. So two white westerners wandered into a jungle where western interests were in a life and death conflict with the jungle inhabitants and this comes as a surprise? It seems as ill-advised as Chris McCandless' unprepared, inexperienced and ultimately fatal jaunt into the Alaskan wilderness.
