  7. He cancelled election because millions of Ukranians are under occupation or displaced, and the country is being bombarded by a hostile enemy. Is it really THAT hard to understand why that is not the proper conditions for elections? I would add that other democracies have also postponed elections during times of war. Still, good to see you parroting Putin's propaganda.
