  2. I'm split on this issue. None of us chooses to be fodder for the sex fantasies of mostly perved males, just because we wear swimwear in public. However, that IS the society we live in, and as the article says "There's no expectation of privacy in public." Imagine if when you went outside, people took photos of you to use for depraved purposes, how would you feel? Privacy is one thing, but actively photographing individuals who didn't consent to it is less black and white to my mind. If you think it's okay, just imagine it's your kids being photographed. Why should that change the equation?
