  1. His own taxes have so much criminality to reveal, that he assumes everyone else's are just as damning. That's why he's fighting so hard to protect them from oversight.

  2.  @panagea2007  Trump is vulnerable in 100 different ways. If he doesn't spend the rest of his life in prison there's no justice, but I doubt he'll spend a day. There's no urgency or enthusiasm to hold him accountable, or to expedite things. At least with the Dems winning the senate, that's 2 years longer he has to stall for.
