  1. "Congress has never in our history conditioned raising the debt ceiling on negotiating concessions" WTF Ben? The Dems demanded concessions in 2017, 2018 1nd 2019 - to name but the latest 3 occasions. The problem is, as with gerrymandering, BOTH sides abuse it when it is to their advantage. It's a classic example of the whole process being dysfunctional, just like the supreme court and America's police.
