  1. Garland has been a real disappointment. Same as Mueller. Dems are at a structural disadvantage - their people are tactically weak, and excessively honest. The GOP don't mind what lies they tell or what dirty deeds they do. The fact that Garland chose a Republican SC is a clear example. Does anyone think for a nanosecond that the GOP would have cared about the appearance of impartiality?
