  1. There's absolutely NO reason why Trump should NOT receive foreign bail, but if he does, that should absolutely exclude him from ever holding public office again. The question is, why would any foreign oligarch or government take the chance on an increasingly unpredictable has-been who is as likely to be dead or in prison soon, as to be in a position to return the favour in kind, and whose every move is now being watched like a hawk?
