Generally, I think it's poor form to ridicule someone for their perceived hygiene, especially if they are incontinent, but I agree with Jeanne - Trump is so powerful, he simply doesn't give a damn about how offensive he is. Everything he says and does affirms it. He just does not give the slightest damn about public norms.
