  1. Ginni is a complete red herring. Absolutely nothing to see here. Citizens are allowed to have misguided conversations. She's allowed to have ridiculous and false beliefs. She didn't incite anything and even the actions she DID suggest were within the law. If you are satisfied with Jack Smith's wife being a campaigner for the Dems, you have to concede that Thomas cannot be held responsible for the opinions of his wife.
