  1. Truth is not determined by a jury. NOBODY was present at the alleged incident except Carroll and Trump. Just imagine for a moment, that he genuinely IS innocent, not only does he have to give her $5 million for an incident that never happened, but every time he publicly protests the incident for which there is zero actual evidence - just hearsay by the friends - he gets taken back to court. It seems fantastically unfair. That said, the way that he has behaved in this trial; trying to bully her, the judge, the jury, and everyone else remotely connected to it, makes me despise him and think he definitely IS the type of man who would do it.
