I definitely think he did it, but let's just remind ourselves, truth is not determined by a jury, but by what actually happened. On the minute chance that he actually is innocent, it would be outrageous that he cannot publicly give his side of events because it's considered defaming. She has zero evidence that he was there, much less that he did what he accused, and trying to disprove the fact that he was NOT there, is a near impossible task. I really don't like this law.
