  1. Presidential pardon power HAS to be revoked for ALL presidents. There's an entire legals system involved in sentencing, and the idea that emperor-like, a single man can revoke that sentence is barbaric.

  2.  @cynthiaswingle5134  If the supreme court was not populated by partisan, fake Christian fogies, 30-50 years behind the times, I'd say that the president should have the power to force a case back to SCOTUS, and assign excellent lawyers to the convict at the states' expense. That should absolutely be the limits of his powers. As it is, the whole system is a total dumpster fire.
