  2. Maybe she only just started? Maybe she was 309 pounds when she started?

  3. But she may have changed her diet to something healthier, and at the same time eliminated those things that are supposed to increase the risk of alzheimers. Clearly she is overweight, but that doesn't cancel the validity of her claim to have switched to an alzheimer's preventative diet.
