  1. Those three who jumped into the pool were total idiots. They worked in a park famed for its scalding geysers and springs, they had accommodation IN the park, they ended up jumping INTO the scalding water, then Buchi had the front to try to sue the park for not marking trails off-limits at night, as though employees LIKE HIM should rush around putting up cordons every night over thousands of square miles of park. Buddy, it doesn't matter how idiot-proof they make it, idiots like you will always find a way to f*ck up.

  2.  @knife-wieldingspidergod5059  Just Lance Buchi. The case was rightly thrown out of court. I feel great sympathy for them - ebullience of youth and all that, plus, he is expected to have lifelong medical issues, but you can't sue other people for your stupidity.
