  1. Mixed feelings. Clearly the way that she was treated was unacceptable, but also if she was a habitual criminal, she was not entirely the victim. She should either have been in a secure unit for OUR protection, or she deserved to be where she was.

  2. +Dischordian She had been arrested for shoplifting on a previous occasions, and was now in prison for assault. That's more habitual than I care for.
