  1. We are an oil and gas producing nation. How about not selling that elsewhere? And how about working much higher on renewables? And prices are NOT being protected you lying bas****. The caps have been lifted, allowing prices to DOUBLE.

  3. @andrew kruth Yeah, that's what Opec would like you to believe, but this is indicative of appalling decades of zero preparation; a policy akin to willingly walking into a hostage situation whilst sticking your fingers in your ears to ignore all the experts pointing to a need for renewable, independent energy. The trouble is, too many politicians have their fingers in this pie, but the sooner the oil runs out once and for all, the better.
