  3. @Weeblackie You can be as facetious as you like, it won't change the facts. The facts are that if you get put onto a ventilator too early it can INCREASE the lung inflammation leading to death (ironnically EXACERBATING the very problem it was intended to resolve) or long term lung damage. The rate of death for those placed on ventilators is significantly higher than the already ppoor ventillator norm. Which is why ventillators are being used more sparingly now.
