There's zero chance they'll win. First they have to prove intent, then they need to prove cause and effect with the man's death.

@briendoyle3823 That was the lamest of possible taunts, given that it applies to 99.9999% of the people on the planet. Instead of being a pompuous ass, how about drawing a line for me between an event one day, and a totally different medical event over 24 hours later, and demonstrating how that event would not have happened anyway. I'm assuming you have CAT scans of his brain from the morning of, and then immediately after to show the comparison, as well as records of his family history to show that high blood pressure was not in his family?
