These employees are silly school children dreaming of being astronauts and train drivers and princesses. They need to get woke about the fucking disgusting industry they are joining, and especially the vile company they are desperate to join. Instead of thinking that they're somehow special and will beat the odds, they need to have some self respect and stop applying for companies who already have an appalling reputation. Joining a company because you enjoyed a single IP is like buying a car solely because you saw it in a movie, or naming your child Britney or Justin. It's fucking moronic. The only way to address these practices is to unionise and hold these fucking companies accountable in a court of law.
