  2. How the hell do you control for women being less motivated? It's not callous if it's true. I'm not saying it is, but women certainly represent a worse value proposition for the same job as a man. Years off for pregnancy, a shorter career, and lower stamina. It seems crazy to me that you're still trying to argue that women and men in the workplace are equal when it's patently obvious that they're not.
