  1. Of course it's acceptable. He's making zero negative connotation. He's simply trying to make the church more welcoming to white people as well. Personally, I would have suggested a mixture of black AND white greeters, rather than giving a misleading impression to white visitors. Tell a lie, personally, I would have shut the church down because religion is a waste of people's precious time.
